Since 1997 I have organized and guided numerous wine tours throughout the Rhone valley, Provence and Languedoc for several international clients and taught enology and viticulture classes at the renowned University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse and at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. Clients, past and present, include Chateau de Beaucastel, France in Your Glass, French Wine Explorers, Stratford Chef's School, Bettane-Desseauve and mesvignes.com.
Please check out the rest of my site and head over to my blog, www.realfoodwarrior.wordpress.com for a peek at some of the amazing stories of passionate winemakers and artisans I've uncovered over the last year or so.
If you have any further questions, would like an estimate or if you are interested in chatting about your wine tourism project, just phone or email me and I will get back to you quickly.
First I take the time to get to know you and then I listen, hard! As I learn who you are, I am better prepared to create solutions that suit your needs.
Based in the south of France for the last 15 years, I believe my passion for wine and food started with a romantic encounter that brought me to the gastronomic region of Alsace, where I learned how to cook and tell a great wine from a good one. My communications expertise is in the blood, as I'm the 4th generation of a newspaper publishing family.
My strengths are: strong writing and visual skills, an intimate understanding of the wine and food sectors and excellent people skills. After finishing a degree in photo-journalism, I changed direction and obtained a diploma from Canada's Stratford Chef's School. More recently, I studied with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, reaching the level just below Master of Wine.
